Entering the Store
The Wolfram Store accepts orders from all over the world. In order to make your
shopping experience easier, we ask you to tell us the country you are in and what your professional
status is as you enter the store. This ensures that we will be able to display the correct pricing and
options for your location.
Finding Items
We offer the full range of Wolfram Research products as well as independently produced Mathematica
applications and a full range of Mathematica-related books. You can find the product you want by
browsing categories listed on our main catalog page or
by clicking the "Product Index" link at the bottom
left of every page.
Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item, click the "Add to Cart" button from the appropriate page. You can
review your current shopping cart from any page in the store by clicking on the shopping cart icon
near the top right of each page. Once an item is in your cart, you can change the quantity you want
to buy or remove it from your cart. From the Shopping Cart page, you can either click the
"Continue Shopping" button if you want to purchase other items or choose the
"Proceed to Checkout" button. Please make sure to choose the shipping method you desire before you
go to the Checkout page.
Entering Address Information
Please tell us where you would like to have your order shipped. By default, we assume that the
billing address and shipping address are the same. If they are not, please make sure to enter the
billing information as well.
Method of Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Eurocard for European orders.
Please enter your credit card number without spaces or dashes and supply the expiration date in the requested format.
Click the "Process My Order" button to complete the transaction.
Reviewing and Submitting Your Order
Once all of the steps are completed, you will be asked to review your order for accuracy. If you have
made an error, simple click the "Continue Shopping" button to return to your shopping cart page where
you can make adjustments to your order. If your order is correct, simply click the "Submit Order"
button.
Order Confirmation
Once you submit your order, you will be taken to the Order Confirmation page. This page will repeat
your order details and give you a tracking number. You can print this page for your records. Any
questions about your order should be addressed to our Customer Service department. Please reference your
tracking number in your email.
